Social responsibility

Social responsibility is an important part of activity of any organization. The term contemplates certain measures aimed at good of the community taken at the expense of the organization. The measures are taken for improvement of living standards of the enterprise employees and certain population strata, supported by the company.

The management of ARCA pays much attention to social orientation of the business conduct. We stick to the following rules of social responsibility within the organization with regard to our employees:
